The tempering furnace is well known, but the breakdown of the tempering furnace may not be clear. Like a tempered glass homogenizer, there is not much that you may know.

Everyone knows that tempered glass sometimes self-explosive, especially for tempered glass on large buildings. It is dangerous to cause self-explosion and fall, and it is also very inconvenient when repairing and replacing.

This phenomenon, that is, the cause of the self-explosion of tempered glass is also very simple, that is, in the production process of tempered glass, a special impurity called nickel sulfide (NIS) sometimes remains inside. The reason why it is special is that it does not swell and shrink like a normal substance. On the contrary, it will shrink and swell. As a result, after the installation, the glass is not squeezed on different faces, and it will become self-explosive after a long period of time.

The tempered glass homogenizer is a testing device for detecting the residual content of nickel sulfide in the tempered glass. After the tempered glass is molded, it will enter the tempered glass homogenizing furnace again. The homogenizing furnace will analyze and test the tempered glass. If the tempered glass has residual nickel sulfide, the homogenizing furnace will detonate the tempered glass in advance by adjusting its own temperature.

In this step, the later tempered glass will reduce many unnecessary accidents in the production process, and it is also a publicity of the factory's reputation for its glass brand.
