1. Polyurethane wheel characteristics
The elastomer of the polyurethane wheel has good performances such as wear resistance, chemical resistance, high strength, high elasticity, low pressure resistance, strong shock absorption, tear resistance, radiation resistance, high load bearing and shock absorption buffer. Polyurethane wheels also have a wide range of hardness, from Shore A10 to 100. At present, there are already products beyond the Shore A100 and above. In addition, the polyurethane wheel has excellent sound absorbing characteristics, and the wheel does not generate noise during the movement, which can achieve a silent effect. These characteristics of the PU wheel are very suitable as a caster material.
2. Polyurethane wheel can be processed in a variety of ways
(1) Polyurethane wheel can be molded by injection, extrusion, calendering, blow molding, etc. (referred to as CPU), just like ordinary plastics;
(2) Polyurethane wheel elastomer can also be molded by mastication, mixing and vulcanization process (referred to as MPU) like general rubber;
(3), polyurethane wheel can also be made into liquid rubber, casting molding or spraying, potting, centrifugal molding (referring to CPU).

Polyurethane plastic is widely used in casters. It is a lightweight polyurethane, impact resistant, abrasion resistant and corrosion resistant thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer manufactured by a cast production process.

3. Tensile strength and elongation at break

8. The hardness can be adjusted in a wide range (Shore 15A ~ 98A);
