2. Calculation method of industrial caster capacity:

Wc=(w+wd)*s/n=(kgf/pcs)

Wc; bearing capacity of the universal wheel (kgf)

w ; cargo weight (kgf)

Wd; the weight of the car (kgf)

N; the number of universal wheels (pcs)

S; safety rate (1.33)

 

In general, for the safety of industrial casters, each device will select the appropriate caster according to the carrying capacity of (N-1) casters. Rotation radius and wheel curvature

1. The universal wheel is a so-called movable caster. Its structure allows horizontal rotation of 360 degrees. Its flexibility is chosen by itself.
